The hotel's proximity to Meguro station on the Yamanote line was convenient for reaching other areas of the city. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help with any questions I had.
the hotel's lobby felt more like a convention center due to its size and activity. The long walk to the guest rooms sometimes felt impersonal and detracted from the overall experience. I think a more intimate atmosphere would improve the stay.
